Newborn Baby Photography Studio Manchester – Bubbaloo Photography.

This blog post is long over due! We are coming up to 1 year in our new studio which is fast becoming not new anymore 😉 We Have been so busy shooting in it, we’ve found it hard to find time to blog it. That time has now come but first, take a peek at how it looked before we moved in!

Here Goes 🙂

Newborn Baby Photography Studio Manchester

Our Story:

Bubbaloo Photography has been trading for 5 years. In the first year we would only travel to clients homes and do location sessions.
In year 2,3 and 4 we designed our own home studio. For home studio ideas click here:

This studio space was amazing and allowed our business to grow as we kept our overheads down shooting from home. We always dreamt about having a commerical space. Although the home studio was convenient we really wanted to enhance the experience for our customers. We wanted to spoil them with an amazing service, in an amazing location. A location which fitted our brand and was easy to access with parking. We have been here now for a year and it was the best business decision we ever made.

The studio has given our business a more established and professional feel. Customer experience is so key in a service based business. Things like inviting our customers back to the studio to view their galleries with unlimited amounts of tea and coffee and chocolate biscuits is a great way to build the customer relationship even further. We could still have done this from home but having the children’s bedtime routine going on in the back ground while Mum and Dad are on the verge of tears watching their beautiful babies slideshow just didn’t work for us.

Kenyon Hall Farm | Strawberry Picking | Children’s Activities | Family day’s out |

Tuesday, June 24th, 2014

Are you looking for family day’s out this summer? Well if you are based in the North West then Kenyon Hall Farm is the perfect place to take the kids for some summer strawberry picking fun. Some of my fondest childhood memories were in chorleywood, where once a year my parents would take us to the local ‘pick your own’ fields. I can still remember the excitement of seeing the ‘We are open’ signs when the strawberry picking season started. Being one of seven meant only one thing, who could collect the biggest and juiciest strawberries!…needless to say I always won 😉

So you can imagine my excitement when I stumbled across this little gem so close to our photography studio in Worsley, Manchester. It was literally a 10 minute drive on the A580 East Lancs Road towards Warrington. The sun was shining and it was a glorious day. The Farm was very busy full of families which created a lovely atmosphere and surprisingly it did not feel too crowded. The kids enjoyed the play area, with a custom-made climbing frame, bale mountain and vintage tractor to play on. There is also an outdoor picnic area open all year round, where the kids can enjoy eating their fruit in the outdoors, along with some delicious Cheshire dairy ice cream!…They loved it 🙂

Then it was time for the main event, Strawberry picking time! We each collected our punnets and set off far deep into the fields (for the biggest and juiciest strawberries of course) Gabriel was on a mission to fill his punnet the fastest while collecting the finest strawberries in all the land, while Luella and Ophelia opted for the ‘Try before you buy” strategy. It really was quite amazing to see how much fun the kids were having. We could see the family memories being created in front of our eyes while reminiscing our own. Gabriel won the prize for best punnet. Ophelia came second with a little help from her uncle Gary. Her punnet wasn’t quite full but the quality was there, while Luella unashamedly came third with a punnet full of half eaten strawberries. Nevertheless they were all CHAMPIONS 😉

Luckily we had been asked to provide dessert for a friends BBQ that evening so mini strawberry pavlova it was!..It went down a treat 🙂

If you are thinking of booking us for a Family Location session this summer then we think this would be a great location 🙂 please contact us here.

How do I pick my own?

4. Entry to the fields is free of charge – just ask for directions in the shop.

Newborn Photographer Worsley – Baby Girl Amelia Lily

Tuesday, June 17th, 2014

Newborn Photographer Worsley – 9 Day old newborn, Amelia Lily was in the studio for her Newborn Photography session. She was so gorgeous! Amelia’s daddy booked the session for Amelia and her mummy, how lovely is that? There are some gorgeous shots of Amelia, we are loving the purples! We also got some adorable close ups of Amelia’s tiny hands and feet. Seriously, baby feet are the cutest!

When to book your session:

We prefer to photograph newborns when they are about a week old. This is when they are most bendy and super sleepy. We recommend booking as soon as possible after your 20 week scan to avoid disappointment. Our sessions do tend to fill up quite far in advance. If you are due soon or already had baby, do get in touch as we occasionally have last minute availability.

Newborn Baby Photography Altrincham – Baby William Thomas – 26 Days

Tuesday, June 17th, 2014

Newborn Baby Photography Altrincham – Here we have gorgeous baby boy up on the blog, William Thomas. William was 26 days old when he came for his newborn session. He did so well and we managed to get a ton of sleepy set ups. We love the bright blanket and cute toys Willam’s Mummy brought along to his shoot. We love when clients bring something special with them. His mummy loved anything bright and colourful, we think William totally rocked the bright colours!

Preparing for your Newborn Photography Session –

We provide hats, headbands and other accessories for newborns, please feel free to bring whatever you’ve got also. We keep the babies naked for the whole shoot, so bringing outfits is not necessary. It’s also good when dressing your newborn to come to our studio, that you dress them lightly, like in a onesie, so that we don’t have to disturb them too much when taking them out of the carseat. And please don’t stress about them peeing (or worse) on our stuff. It will happen. And we will wash it. It’s not a big deal, we are very used to it. We will happily do laundry for the sake of cute pictures. Please add £25 for each additional sibling in a newborn session, which includes pictures of them together.

Newborn Checklist:
lots of nappies and wipes
extra blankets
a dummy (this is very helpful if they take one)
a bottle with breastmilk or formula (our studio is suitable for Breastfeeding mums)
a black or white long/short sleeve shirt for mum or dad
