Newborn shots with parents has got to be one of my favourite subjects to photograph. I love the raw emotion and love between the two. Not everyone loves to be in front of the camera, especially right after giving birth! I UNDERSTAND! I would encourage you to give it ago, come and do it. Its liberating. Trust me, i want the best for your photographs and i just love the bond between parents and their babes. We will make beautiful images 🙂

8 days old and ROCKING the chair shot. This shot was made for Joel. Doesn’t he look like such a dude. Im not sure what his nursery colours are, but i envisage one of these shots huge on Canvas and in the nursery. The Grey shot would suit a Grey modern looking nursery. Here we have a ‘behind the scenes’ shot from todays newborn baby session. Joel was brilliant and a pleasure to photograph. He slept for a good two hours, then woke for the last hour which was lovely because we were able to get some gorgeous awake newborn photos. We had so much fun experimenting with some new fabric backdrops today and our lovely new chair 🙂
